Q: Do you provide over the phone estimate of how much it will cost to clean my home?
A: Because every home is unique it is difficult to provide reliable pricing over the phone. Our pricing is affected by factors like size, clutter, pets, current condition and even your lifestyle. As a result, to provide you with the best & cost effective solution, we like to meet you at your home for free before providing you with price.
Q: Do you have any fixed rates?
A: Since every house is unique so is our pricing. More than 25 years of combined experience have helped us learn the best way to clean in a very cost effective manner. Our pricing is based on factors like size, clutter, pets, current condition and even your lifestyle. That is why we like to meet with you before quoting you a price. Q: Do you have packages?
A: Yes, however they are completely individualized based on your need. We use a proven system for through, consistent and efficient cleaning service. For a list of items we generally clean during a visit, please review our standard packages. If our packages doesn’t meet you need, let’s set up a free estimation meeting so we can tailor a package to your individual needs and your home's cleaning requirements.
Q: Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, chemicals and equipment?
A: Yes, we provide everything needed to clean your home. You don't have to provide a thing just free time to yourself to do things that are fun and important.
Q: Do you clean homes just once, or do you have to clean long-term?
A: While most of our customers prefer weekly cleaning services we also provide cleaning services as needed basis.
Q: How many people will be in my home during each cleaning?
A: On average our team consists of 2 members – a lead and a team member. However based on the job requirements the team size can range from 1 to 4 people. We have highest respect for your home and your trust in us by inviting us into your home. As a result we do our very best to send only the best to take care of you cleaning needs.
Q: If I sign up for long-term service, will the same person be in my home each time?
A: We believe in keeping the same team for maximum result. Our primary goal is to send the same team all the time. If circumstances forces otherwise we will communicate with you to ensure that you requirements are met.
Q: What time will you be at my home?
We work with you to fit in your schedule. If it is routine cleaning we prefer to have a fixed time every week that is changeable in situations where your schedule changes.
Q: What is the difference between Super Clean and another cleaning service?
A: Our primary goal is to earn and keep your trust. Through our years of experience, we have implemented steps to ensure that trustworthy services are provided to you while safeguarding your privacy and your home.
Q: If there is a problem, who can I call?
A: As first option we prefer you to open up a trouble ticket online so that we can track cause & resolution. You may also call our Quality Assurance department and they will work with you to understand your problem and provide appropriate resolution. Both ticketing system and Q&A department help us with continuous improvement that we strive for. In addition you will also have the direct contact information of the Team Lead and the Area Manager responsible for your house.
